These terms govern your use of Mossgrove Isles ("the game"), operated by Tzoof Hassidoff. By playing, signing in, or using any part of the game, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and be allowed to use a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can play as a guest without an account, but guest progress is not saved on our servers.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat or names;
- share other people's personal information;
- cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with saves or network traffic, or use bots and automation;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to access other players' accounts.
You can block other players at any time from the Friends panel. Please report abuse to tzoof.support@gmail.com.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the names and chat messages you send. You allow us to display and relay them to other players so the game can work. We may remove names or content that break these terms.
4. Virtual items
In-game coins, items, levels and characters have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for real money, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as the game develops.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its code, art, names and text belong to Tzoof Hassidoff or its licensors. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or redistribute it.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put the service or other players at risk. You may stop playing at any time and delete your account from the character-select screen.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The game is a free hobby project provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, saved progress, or freedom from errors, and we may change or discontinue the game at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tzoof Hassidoff is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, that result from using the game.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions: tzoof.support@gmail.com.
