Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use Mossgrove Isles. We aim to meet the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The site is partially conformant.

What we have done

  • All menus and buttons work with the keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
  • A skip-to-main-content link, proper headings and landmarks, and a declared page language.
  • Screen-reader labels on buttons, inputs and the game area, alt text on images, and improved text contrast.
  • The game itself is played entirely with the keyboard.

Known limitations

  • The game world is drawn on a canvas and relies on real-time visual feedback, so it is not fully accessible to screen readers.
  • The game requires a desktop computer with a keyboard and cannot be played on mobile phones.
  • Some interface text is small. You can zoom in with your browser (Ctrl/Cmd +).

אנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל המשתמשים, ופועלים להנגיש את Mossgrove Isles בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.

מה הונגש

  • כל הכפתורים והתפריטים נגישים במקלדת (Tab, Enter ו-Space), עם סימון פוקוס ברור.
  • קישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי" בתחילת כל עמוד.
  • תוויות לקוראי מסך לכפתורים, לשדות טקסט ולאזור המשחק.
  • מבנה כותרות ואזורי ניווט (landmarks) תקינים, והגדרת שפת העמוד.
  • טקסט חלופי לתמונות, וניגודיות צבעים משופרת לטקסט.
  • המשחק עצמו משוחק כולו במקלדת, ללא צורך בעכבר.

מגבלות ידועות

  • עולם המשחק מצויר על גבי Canvas ומבוסס על תגובה מהירה ועל מידע חזותי, ולכן אינו נגיש במלואו לקוראי מסך.
  • המשחק מיועד למחשב עם מקלדת, ואינו זמין לשחק בו בטלפון נייד.
  • בחלק מרכיבי הממשק הטקסט קטן; ניתן להגדיל את התצוגה בדפדפן (Ctrl/Cmd +).
